文件批号的，根本不用翻译，直接用拼音。而且外国人也很欢迎这样翻译，因为这样也方便他们进行文件检索。

to avoid the confusion of pronounciaton, add original file id in chinese after your PINGYING like this:

如果你采用意译的办法：那么如果对方想查一下原始中文文件，反而不知道要找哪一个文号的文件了。
